There are around 70 properties that are managed, roughly 25 are let on a short term holiday basis, 6 are let on long leases and the others are either fully managed, or managed when the owners find their own tenants.

In addition to managing the properties, they offer other bolt on services to such as airport transfers, car hire or arranging experiances for the tenants or arranging insurances or paying accounts for the property owners.
